During my time working for Tower of Fantasy, Mi-a was created to introduce a Ticket System to help out the Community Management and Server Moderation teams. Various tools were also implemented to aid in Server Management as well as Announcements and Events.

Climbing the ranks and getting tasked with higher responsibilities, I am now in contact with the Development Team and helping out with Community Management.

Starting with simple server management, I have grown in function and was tasked with bigger responsibilities, from recruiting the Staff team and overseeing their performances, to working closely with the production and community teams. I also stayed in touch with account managers for marketing and events, gathering feedback from players to improve the game and the server.

Wishing to expand my skills and knowledge, I have worked as a freelancer for a Chinese game studio as a game tester in charge of Localization. From testing out the game's bugs and features, to fixing the existing translation and translating the game myself from English to French.
